Intermate x SAMY – Shaping the State of Social

Intermate belongs to the largest social media and influencer agencies in the DACH region. WHAT YOU DO

• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Top-Kundenbeziehungen (Schwerpunkt: DACH)
• You advise on Augenhöhe to Customer-Experience- and Social-Media-Themen with Sprinklr as a platform.
• Together with Sprinklr, our teams, and international specialists, you develop the best solution for our clients.
• You do not just participate – you steer implementation projects from planning to go-live, moderate workshops, bring teams together, and give impulses for process improvements.
• You recognize business opportunities, get involved in proposal development, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

• 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting (SaaS/Digital/B2B)
• In-depth experience with the Sprinklr platform – from technical depth to strategic implementation
• Demonstrable success in building and leading customer-success initiatives, ideally in a SaaS or consulting environment
• Leadership skills and passion for mentoring and team development
• A consultative personality with strong business and tech thinking
• The ability to present complex technical topics clearly and engagingly
• Sovereign stakeholder management – from practitioner to executive leadership
• Collaborative mindset and joy in cross-functional cooperation
• Innovative enthusiasm and desire for continuous improvement
• Fluent German knowledge, secure English skills, additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus
• Travel readiness (approx. 25% within Europe)
