At the PMO, there is a team of experienced managers involved in the processes of presales and delivery of complex and demanding IT projects or services. In the case of the Engagement Manager position, it is a leading role in the bid management process and is an important project stakeholder. The main responsibilities of this position include: • Developing and implementing strategies for winning new business opportunities; • Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to develop proposals and pitches; • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and consistency in the bid process; • Managing and controlling the bid budget and resources; • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
