At the PMO, there is a team of experienced managers involved in the processes of presales and delivery of complex and demanding IT projects or services. In the case of the Engagement Manager position, it is a leading role in the bid management process and is an important project stakeholder. The main responsibilities of this role include: • Leading the bid management process from start to finish, • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, • Coordinating and managing the work of team members, • Ensuring that all bids are submitted on time and within budget, • Analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, computer science, business administration), • At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related field, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
