About the Role: LTS Protective Services is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Enforcement Security Guard to lead site-level operations at a high-profile enforcement site. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and dedicated to upholding a safe and professional environment. This leadership role involves overseeing a team of security guards, ensuring compliance with site-specific policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of situational awareness. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead site-level operations, including supervising a team of security guards, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents. • Ensure compliance with site-specific policies and procedures, including those related to access control, surveillance, and emergency response. • Maintain a high level of situational awareness, including monitoring CCTV cameras, responding to alarms, and reporting incidents to management. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues. • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., security, law enforcement, or a related discipline). • Minimum 2 years of experience as a security guard or in a related field. • Valid Ontario Security Guard License. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and make sound decisions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
