Responsibilities: * Provide direct nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments as prescribed. * Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the medical team. * Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and vital signs monitoring. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. * Educate residents and their families on health management and preventive care. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. * Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. * Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Requirements: * Registered Nurse (DUE) degree or equivalent qualification. * Proven experience in nursing, preferably in a geriatric or residential care setting. * Knowledge of nursing procedures and best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to resident well-being. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proficiency in Spanish.
