Nurse - Residential Center

Nurse wanted for a residential center in Elda. The position involves performing nursing care assessments upon admission and periodically, preparing and administering medications as prescribed by the physician, and applying palliative care, including morphines and other medications. The care plan, wound care, feeding, and pharmacological plan are also validated with the interdisciplinary team, guidelines and progress are incorporated into the resident's record, and moral and psychological support is offered to residents and their families. Additionally, the care provided by auxiliary staff is supervised, and INR measurements and their control are performed, with blood tests and dose adjustments as prescribed by the doctor. An indefinite contract is offered with several options: one vacancy of 15 hours per week in the afternoon shift, two days a week; another of 17 hours per week in the morning shift, on weekends; and another of 31 hours per week in a rotating afternoon or night shift.
