General Nurse

Position Mission

To ensure and promote health practices through periodic examinations of personnel (management, executives, unionized staff), conduct health talks and courses in the different departments, and provide national administrative control of work-related risks reported to the IMSS. Additionally, to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Main Responsibilities

1- Apply periodic medical examinations to new and existing personnel through physical laboratory analysis and interviews in order to detect and prevent illnesses.

2- Detect the health gradients of degenerative diseases in personnel over 40 years of age through periodic examinations in order to control and maintain health for good functioning.

3- Control ST7 forms at the regional level through bimonthly declarations to payroll in order to maintain control of the risk premium.

4- Control Executive and Management Staff Check-Ups through pre-scheduled appointments at the corresponding Medical Institution in order to control and prevent diseases.

5- Supervise the health of personnel involved in production and ensure they comply with the necessary hygiene to meet GMP.

Years of Experience

Minimum work experience: 2 years.

Nursing

Academic Background

Bachelor's Degree.

Technical Knowledge

Advanced: Somatometry, Vital Signs Parameters, Wound Care, First Aid.

Language Proficiency Level

English Written, Read, Spoken: Basic.
