Industrial Nurse Day Shift, with experience

1. Provide first aid and basic medical attention to collaborators in case of accidents, injuries, discomfort, or emergencies within the plant. 2. Perform initial assessment of collaborators, take vital signs, perform wound care, administer authorized medications, and follow up on cases according to internal procedures. 3. Attend to and follow up on work accidents and incidents, maintain corresponding medical records, and promptly report cases requiring external medical attention. 4. Support the management and follow-up of disability claims, medical consultations, and cases related to work risks, in coordination with Human Resources and relevant health institutions. 5. Conduct periodic tours of production areas to identify conditions that may pose health risks to collaborators and support preventive actions. 6. Keep personnel medical files and records updated, ensuring information confidentiality. 7. Participate in health campaigns, accident prevention, promotion of healthy habits, and safety and hygiene activities. 8. Keep the first-aid kit, medical equipment, and nursing area stocked and organized, periodically checking medications, supplies, and expiration dates. 9. Support in emergency care and coordinate, when necessary, the transfer of collaborators to external medical services. 10. Comply with the safety, occupational health policies, and internal procedures established by the company.
