Job description
Who will you work with?
Perform nursing activities, developing occupational health actions, ensuring the health of workers and beneficiaries, aiming to comply with company and legislation standards.
What do we want to know about you?
Completed higher education in nursing, with specialization in occupational health nursing, registered at COREN;
Proven experience in the area of occupational health nursing;
Skill in first aid and emergency care;
Knowledge of regulations related to occupational health;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
Experience in managing occupational health programs in corporate or industrial environments;
Knowledge of E-Social.
Desirable:
Personnel management;
Ergonomics;
Applied psychology to work;
Power BI;
Familiarity with occupational health management systems.
How will your day be?
Prestation of first aid in cases of workplace accidents or sudden illnesses;
Nursing assistance and consultation for work-related injuries or illnesses, whether related to the nature and conditions of work or not;
Analysis and investigation of deviations, incidents, diseases, and occupational or non-occupational accidents;
Analysis of the company's occupational health profile, including absenteeism and medical leave;
Management of employees absent due to INSS;
Follow-up on ergonomic improvement proposals from the ergonomics service;
Orient and evaluate the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and norms related to your professional area;
Follow up on contracts and services related to occupational health; execute and orient technical and administrative audits of these contracts;
Perform administrative activities related to organizational processes within your professional competence;
Prepare reports and technical opinions on working conditions and employee health;
Prepare monthly reports on health indicators and absenteeism for analysis;
Develop programs promoting and protecting employee health, including accident prevention campaigns and occupational disease prevention; promote and minister lectures and act as a knowledge multiplier;
Advise and orient in matters of your specialty, providing support in occupational health to other company units.
