As an Energy Systems Onboarding Engineer, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers onto our EnOS platform, ensuring a seamless integration experience. This includes: • Conducting customer discovery calls to understand their energy systems and goals • Developing customized onboarding plans and timelines • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) to ensure successful onboarding • Providing exceptional customer support during the onboarding process • Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our platform features and services.
