Energy Specialist_Azienda Alimentare

LHH For a leading Italian company in the Bakery sector, we are looking for an Energy Specialist to be placed at the production site in Cosio Valtellino (SO). Responsibilities The inserted resource will have the responsibility of supporting the HSE Manager in managing and optimizing energy within the Company (production sites, stores, and offices) with the aim of reducing energy costs, improving energy efficiency, and ensuring sustainability over time, in line with the company's strategic plans. Main activities are: - Analyze the Company's consumption - Identify the energy needs of the Company (Energy Diagnosis), criticalities, and opportunities for improvement - Produce balances and reports analyzing in-depth the business processes that consume energy to implement a system for monitoring processes and machinery - Support in proposing potential solutions for reducing consumption and participating in planning activities and projects - Monitor results and verify the effectiveness of implemented solutions and achievement of objectives - Prepare periodic reports and energy balances - Support the Management in defining strategic plans and annual investment budgets - Promote sustainability initiatives, collaborating on renewable energy projects and sensitizing workers - Manage bureaucratic compliance with GSE (Cogeneration and Photovoltaic Plant) in collaboration with consultants - Collaborate and coordinate the process of obtaining ISO50001 certification - Calculate the Company's Carbon Footprint Your Profile Candidates will be considered who possess the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering, Management, Economics, Environmental Sciences or specific training on energy management systems (Master in Energy Management) - Good knowledge of the energy market, energy principles, and energy management technologies; strong passion for the subject and willingness to grow in this sector. - Analytical approach and proactive attitude, great attention to detail - Good numerical and economic evaluation skills - Good digital and IT skills: software and tools specifically for analyzing energy data and monitoring them represent a plus. - Basic knowledge of norms, economics, and environmental issues - Available for mobility on the Lombardy territory.
