Energy Sales Representative - Cochrane, AB

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Energy Sales Representatives. In this role, you will engage with customers in retail store locations and drive sales for one of North America’s largest energy providers, helping deliver smarter, simpler energy solutions across the region. Responsibilities: * Engage directly with potential customers at a dedicated in-store kiosk, initiating meaningful conversations about their energy needs. * Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our client’s energy products and services. * Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service. * Maintain a thorough understanding of energy products, services, and market trends. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience (experience in energy sales is an asset). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
