Energy Consultant (m/w/d) for Non-Residential Buildings (KfW, EEW & Energy Planning)

We are looking for an experienced energy consultant to strengthen our team, who will be responsible for managing complex projects in the field of commercial and public buildings - from energy planning to project implementation.

Aufgaben

• Energetic planning and consulting for non-residential buildings

• Project management for KfW programs and EEW funding

• Preparation and submission of funding applications to the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW)

• Technical project support and quality control

• Desirable: Conducting and documenting:

• Heat bridge calculations

• Heating load calculations

• GEG certifications for non-residential buildings

• Energy audits according to DIN EN 16247 / DIN 16249

• Energetic balance sheets according to DIN 18599

• Development of energy concepts and economic feasibility studies

• Communication with clients, planners, authorities, and funding agencies

• Preliminary site visits and project-related outdoor meetings

Qualifikation

• Registered energy consultant for non-residential buildings (Energy Efficiency Experts List)

• Degree in building engineering, architecture, technical building equipment, energy technology or comparable

• Multiple years of experience in energetic planning and consulting for non-residential buildings

• Fundamental knowledge of KfW funding programs and EEW funding

• Of advantage: Very good knowledge in the area:

• DIN 18599

• DIN EN 16247 / DIN 16249

• Gebäudeenergiegesetz (GEG)

• Heat bridge and heating load calculations

• Safe handling of common energy consulting and proof software

• Driver's license class B and mobility for outdoor meetings

We at ÖkoVision GmbH are a young, dynamic team of currently six employees who are passionate and competent about energy consulting for residential and non-residential buildings. Started as a startup at the University of Kassel in 2021, we initially wanted to develop an energy management software for the food retail industry. However, we quickly realized that our customers were primarily interested in classic energy consulting. Today, we are therefore well-established. From our locations Kassel and München, we mainly support private clients regionally and commercial clients nationwide. We see our greatest potential currently in growth through further motivated, experienced, and goal-oriented people, who will not only complement our young team but also actively enrich it with their professional experience.
