UND Real is a young and dynamic company that deals with the transformation of existing buildings. We create resilient investment opportunities by taking into account existing resources to create good spaces. The focus lies on the re-use of vacant, often former industrial properties for mixed-used buildings with a focus on residential use.

Tasks

• Strategic expansion of the energy consulting business unit
• Application, accompaniment, and processing of funding applications for residential and non-residential buildings (BAFA individual measures, KfW comprehensive renovations)
• Preparation of energy demand and consumption reports
• Development of heat protection certificates and component measurements
• Counseling customers on sustainable and renewable energies
• Development of individual renovation plans
• Preparation of detailed energy consulting reports for customers
• Development of tailored energy-saving solutions

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in the field of energy and building technology or equivalent qualification. (Cross-industry entrants explicitly welcome)
• First professional experience as an energy consultant or in a similar field is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of current energy laws and regulations is a must.
• You should be communicative and enjoy working with customers.
• Independent work and good time management are self-evident for you.
