Energy Consultant Hannover Garbsen Energy Efficiency Expert Building Energy Advisor (m/f/d)

You are the first strategic partner for our clients. You translate the current state of a building into a future-proof renovation roadmap and represent it confidently – even in front of large audiences.

Tasks

• Precise Inventory: You conduct on-site appointments and recognize component constructions and system technology at first glance.
• iSFP Modeling: You create high-quality renovation roadmaps (ideally with Hottgenroth) and use CAD modeling for precise data.
• Results Presentation: You confidently present your concepts to homeowners and convince even in larger assemblies (e.g., WEGs) through expertise and rhetorical skill.

Qualifications

• Listed EEE: You are already on the dena expert list for residential buildings
• Technology Professional: Component typologies and complex system technology are your daily tools
• You have a high degree of personal responsibility and work independently
• You are proficient in MS Office and have good PC skills
• Ideally, you already have professional experience with Hottgenroth
