Energy Consultant/Architect/Building Energy Expert (m/w/d) Hannover Garbsen

You are the first strategic partner for our customers. You translate the current state of a building into a future-proof renovation plan and represent it sovereignly – even in front of a large audience.

Tasks

• Precise Inventory: You conduct on-site terms and recognize building structures and equipment on first sight.
• iSFP Modeling: You create high-quality renovation plans (ideally with Hottgenroth) and use CAD modeling for an exact data foundation.
• Result Presentation: You present your concepts safely to homeowners and convince even in larger gatherings (e.g., WEGs) through technical expertise and rhetorical skill.

Qualification

And now about you:

• Registered EEE: You are already listed in the dena-expert list for residential buildings
• Tech Pro: Building typologies and complex equipment technology are your daily toolkit
• You have a high level of Self-Responsibility and work independently
• You are comfortable with MS Office and possess good PC skills
• You have experience with Hottgenroth in the best case
