Your work should make a real difference by helping customers reduce energy costs and CO₂ emissions? We are a growing energy consulting company with headquarters in Berlin. Our mission is to support homeowners comprehensively and correctly throughout the energetic renovation process – from grant counseling to individual renovation plans and professional construction supervision. Our founder and managing director, Henk Wenner, is a trained carpenter (graduated at BuBiZA – the Federal Training Center for Carpentry and Joinery in Kassel) and today works as an energy efficiency expert. This practical experience from the trade and deep industry knowledge shape the work of our entire team.

Conducting professional on-site inspections, inventory takings, and consultations with customers in your deployment region

Creating individual renovation plans (iSFP) for homeowners, preferably using Hottgenroth software, and preparing grant applications

Inspecting and accompanying the renovation measures carried out by the customer (KfW construction supervision)

Comprehensive customer counseling on current KfW and BAFA funding programs

Qualification

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Supply Technology or Master/Technician degree with additional qualification in Energy Consulting

Certified BAFA Energy Advisor (EEE List) or willingness to acquire this qualification shortly

Good technical understanding of renovation possibilities for single-family and multi-family homes

Safe and professional appearance in customer counseling

Routine handling of energy consulting software (Hottgenroth) desirable

Driver's license Class B and travel readiness for on-site appointments

Secure German language skills in writing and speaking
