Energy Consultant/Project Manager, Focus on Building Accompaniment in Hannover Garbsen, Architect Engineer (m/w/d)

You ensure that plans become reality. You accompany individual measures directly at the interface between customer and craftsmanship and guarantee technical quality as well as feasibility.

Tasks

• Tender Acquisition: You support our customers in acquiring tenders for their renovation projects and stand by them as a consultant
• Implementation Accompaniment: You supervise energy-saving renovations on site (e.g. facade renovation, roof renovation, window replacement)
• Tender Check: You review contractor declarations and tenders for conformity with the BEG guidelines and support in awarding
• Quality Control: You are the expert instance on the construction site, conduct inspections, and document the renovation success as milestone checks

Qualification

And now about you:

• Experience: You are an experienced energy consultant or come from aBauleitung
• Practical Knowledge: You know what matters when installing windows or executing a thermal insulation composite system.
• Registered: A dena registration is desirable (but not mandatory if the building technical expertise convinces)
• You have a high level ofEigenverantwortung and work independently
• You are confident in handling MS-Office and possess good PC skills
