Job description

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as an Energy Advisor (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.
Tasks
- Conducting energy consultations for residential and non-residential buildings (renovation, new construction, efficiency house)
- Creating energetic evaluations, concepts, and cost analyses
- Counseling on funding programs (e.g. KfW, BAFA) and supporting the application process
- Accompanying and quality control of energy-saving measures
- Coordination and collaboration with building owners, architects, and tradespeople
- Documented and evaluation of consultation results
- Heat loads + hydraulic balancing calculation
Qualification
- Mastery in a recognized trade or study TGA o. civil engineering o.a.
- Qualification and registration on the Dena list (energy efficiency expert list) required
- In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and laws (BAFA, KfW, BEG DIN norms)
- Safe handling with calculation and simulation software from Hottgenroth
- Independent, structured, and customer-oriented working style
- Friendly, approachable demeanor and joy in direct customer contact
- Class B driver's license
