Tasks

Your tasks

• You advise our clients around energy renovation – scientifically founded, honest and on eye level
• You create energy consultations within the BEG for residential buildings (WG) and non-residential buildings (NWG)
• You take over BEG-EM (individual measures) and create individual renovation plans (iSFP)
• You accompany the implementation as energy planning and construction supervision, keeping an eye on funding management
• You work your way into QNG certification (Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings) and grow into demanding projects in monument protection, where energy renovation and preservation of building substance must be combined
• You accompany projects from first analysis to implementation

Qualification

What you bring with you

You should bring this:

• Documented experience as an energy consultant – this position is aimed at professionals, not beginners
• You are already listed as an energy efficiency expert on the BAFA list (Energy Efficiency Experts List)
• Fundamental experience with BEG WG and NWG, BEG-EM and iSFP
• Experience with energy planning and construction supervision/funding management
• Knowledge of GEG (Building Energy Act) – the legal basis for your work
• Safe handling of Hottgenroth software
• Communication strength & customer orientation – you advise on eye level and bring complex topics to life
• A structured, independent working style – you keep an overview even with multiple parallel projects
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (our working language)
• Class B driver's license (car)

Of advantage:

• Experience with QNG certification (Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings)
• Experience in energy consulting in monument protection – you know what matters when it comes to historic building substance
