We are ALPHA Software: a young PropTech startup that digitalizes building documents for real estate agents. Energy certificates, floor plans, living space calculations, etc. - all faster, easier, and better than before. Our team is still small, our processes are thought-out, and we're growing just right.

Tasks

What you'll do here

You're the person who ensures that energy certificates are correct, complete, and punctual at the customer's doorstep - and who also answers the phone in a friendly manner.

Specifically:

• Create energy certificates for residential and non-residential buildings independently (using our software)
• Review and evaluate building documents and energy-related data
• Accompany customers with questions about the energy certificate via phone and email
• Maintain documentation in a tidy and reviewable manner
• Work with our internal team to improve our processes even better

Qualification

What you bring

• Certification for issuing energy certificates
• Solid knowledge of the German Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) and energy-related data
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (C1+), English language skills are an advantage
• You work structured, reliably, and don't need someone looking over your shoulder
• You're familiar with digital tools - we work completely remotely
• You can start quickly & have a solid internet connection

Practical experience is a plus, but not necessary - what's important is that you know what you're doing and are eager to take responsibility.
