Energy Consultant (m/w/d) | 100 % Remote (Germany)

ALPHA Software GmbH digitalizes the creation of building documents for real estate agents. This includes energy certificates, floor plans, and living space calculations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a certified energy consultant who can create energy certificates independently and has a passion for communication with customers.

Tasks

• Creation of energy certificates for residential and non-residential buildings
• Verification and evaluation of building documents and energy key figures
• Support for our customers with questions about energy certificates and energy key figures
• Phone and written customer support for technical questions
• Ensuring correct and auditable documentation of the issued energy certificates
• Collaboration with our internal team to continuously improve our processes
• Reliable and timely processing of orders

Qualification

• Certified energy consultant with authorization to issue energy certificates
• In-depth knowledge of the Building Energy Act (GEG) and handling energy key figures
• Very good German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form
• Friendly, open personality with a passion for customer contact
• Structured, reliable, and self-reliant working style
• Safe handling of digital work processes
• Relevant practical experience in the last few years desired
• Short-term availability or immediate start possible
