We are at the beginning of a massive scaling phase. To fully exploit this potential, we are looking for a proactive, KI-affine personality who can relieve our founders in operational daily business, drive marketing together with the Head of Sales forward, and actively shape efficient structures throughout the entire company.

Aufgaben

Depending on your experience, you will take over the following tasks:

• Examination and quality assurance of energy certificates including on-site terms for data collection
• Preparation of energy certificates for non-residential buildings including on-site terms for data collection
• Creation of heat load calculations and energy balances
• Counseling on KfW efficiency houses and sustainable renovations
• Processing and preparation of funding applications (BAFA, KfW)
• Accompaniment and implementation of energy efficiency measures

Qualifikation

We are looking for both experienced professionals and motivated newcomers. What matters to us:

• Completed studies or training in a relevant field (e.g., architecture, civil engineering, economics, environmental technology, building technology)
• Alternatively: Professional experience in a technical field with interest in energy consulting (e.g., construction management, project engineering)
• Technical understanding and analytical skills
• Communication strength – you can explain complex issues clearly
• Interest in further education and possibly certification as an energy consultant
