Tasks

Depending on your experience, you will undertake the following activities:

• Review and quality assurance of energy performance certificates, including on-site appointments for data collection
• Creation of energy performance certificates for non-residential buildings, including on-site appointments for data collection
• Creation of heating load calculations and energy balances
• Consulting on KfW energy-efficient houses and sustainable renovations
• Processing and creation of funding applications (BAFA, KfW)
• Support and implementation of energy efficiency measures

Qualifications

We are looking for both experienced professionals and motivated newcomers. What matters to us:

• Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, environmental technology, building technology)
• Alternatively: professional experience in a technical field with an interest in energy consulting (e.g., construction management, project engineering)
• Technical understanding and analytical skills
• Communication skills – you can explain complex issues clearly
• Interest in further training and, if applicable, certification as an energy consultant
