Affairs

  • Planning, project planning, and commissioning of sustainable/ renewable technical energy generation systems (e.g. in the field of PV, waste heat, and geothermal energy);
  • Responsibility and first point of contact for energy and environment projects;
  • Preparation of project plans and responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality;
  • Contact person for management, internal departments, authorities, and external contractors;
  • Change and claim management;
  • Coordination and review of interfaces both internally and externally;
  • Coordination of external companies;
  • Participation in the preparation of drawings, lists, specifications, tenders, and contracts;
  • Acceptance tests with experts and subcontractors;
  • Compliance with DIN and statutory regulations (including HGB, GeschGehG, KVG LSA, BetRiLi BLK, D-PCGM, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001) in the area of responsibility;
  • Support for energy and environment issues in projects outside one's own project scope;
  • Support for continuous process development regarding energy consumption, safety, and environmental relevance;
  • Coordination of activities for regular sustainability assessments including evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of corresponding improvement measures;
  • Analyze environmental regulations and monitor compliance with them;
  • Prepare permit applications and notifications for authorities;
  • Energetic evaluations of projects;
  • Develop concepts to reduce water and electricity consumption, as well as CO2 emissions for projects regarding plant operation and infrastructure;
  • CO2 balance sheet for projects and facilities.

Qualification

  • Degree in technical studies or technical training with a focus on energy and environmental technology, supply engineering, or a comparable engineering education with initial professional experience in environment and/or energy management projects;
  • Fundamental knowledge of relevant environmental and energy norms and laws, good knowledge of the ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 management standards;
  • You have knowledge in the field of air pollution control and environmental law;
  • Experience/knowledge in the area of state-funded subsidies is desirable;
  • Familiarity with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and MS Project).
