Aufgaben

Sustainable Innovation & Technical Precision
As a planner, you are the ecological conscience of our projects. You
advise our teams and ensure that profitability and climate protection go hand in hand.

• Konzeption & Strategie:
  You develop economically and future-oriented energy concepts for our residential units and work out individual special solutions to reduce heat demand.
• Analyse & Simulation:
  You perform thermal and daylight simulations, create life cycle assessments (LCA) and cost-benefit analyses (LCC), and evaluate these to ensure energetic optimization and comfort.
• Zertifizierung & Nachweis:
  The coordination of sustainability certifications (QNG) up to series maturity is in your hands. You are responsible for the proof of compliance with authorities, customers, and funding providers (e.g., KfW).
• Qualität & Compliance:
  You reliably implement new statutory requirements, randomly check the services of our subcontractors, and ensure our high quality standards.

Qualifikation

You are a technically enthusiastic thinker with a heart for green building and analytical sharpness.

• Hintergrund:
  Successfully completed studies in the field of energy/green building technology, building physics, environmental engineering, architecture or comparable.
• Mindset:
  You are passionate about the topic of sustainability. Whether you're a newcomer with relevant internships or a professional – you want to dive deep into topics like life cycle assessments, green building certifications and current energy laws.
• Persönlichkeit: You convince through know-how, take confident steps and possess high comprehension ability. Networked thinking is your strength.
• Arbeitsweise:
  You work independently, structure complex proofs precisely and keep an overview even with dynamic projects.
