Endpoint Management Administrator

Within Asseco Cloud, we concentrate the strategic competencies of the Asseco Group in the area of cloud computing. We utilize our own resources, data centers, and IT infrastructure to deliver optimal IT services to clients. We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of a modern Endpoint Management environment, encompassing devices with Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices. In this role, you will design and implement solutions based on Microsoft Intune and MDM technologies, ensuring the security, compliance, and standardization of our clients' environments. Your tasks will also include automating administrative processes, testing new solutions, and supporting operational teams in the daily management of endpoint platforms. Higher technical education in computer science or a related field. Several years of experience in administering Windows workstations in an environment of at least several hundred devices, preferably in a multi-branch organization or a multi-tenant environment. Very good knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration (configuration, GPO/Intune, troubleshooting, security). Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager in the areas of: configuration and compliance policies, application and update management, enrollment/Autopilot, basic Entra ID/AD integration. macOS knowledge at an administrative level in a corporate environment (preferred: management via ABM + MDM – Intune/Jamf): Zero-Touch Deployment, profiles, permissions, LACP, local firewall configuration, EntraID integration, FileVault, OS + application updates, self-service portal. Basic or advanced administration of Linux workstations (package distribution, updates, service management, security basics, logs). Very good knowledge of PowerShell in the context of Microsoft 365/Intune systems and services administration (script creation, module and API usage, data manipulation). Ability to independently plan work and propose improvements in endpoint management. A collaborative attitude towards other teams (security, infrastructure, L1/L2 support). Ability to clearly and concretely communicate technical solutions to both other administrators and non-technical individuals. Attention to quality, consistency, and repeatability of configurations (standards, automation, documentation). English language proficiency allowing for technical documentation review and free communication. Nice to have: Experience with Jamf Pro or other dedicated MDM for Apple environments (structure design, smart groups, policies, scripts). Knowledge of Python for automation, API integration, and building more advanced administrative tools. Experience with Ansible or similar configuration automation tools (especially for Linux/macOS). Experience working with multiple Microsoft 365/Intune tenants and tools supporting multi-tenant management. Basic knowledge of Entra ID/AD in the context of device management (hybrid join, device objects, conditional access for endpoints). Ability to independently plan work and propose improvements in endpoint management. Your tasks in this role: Administration and development of the endpoint management environment (Windows, macOS, Linux) using Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions for Apple and mobile devices. Design, implementation, and maintenance of configuration, security, and compliance policies, as well as system and application update processes. Creation, documentation, and maintenance of endpoint management standards (baselines, hardening, configuration templates) for multiple clients/tenants. Execution of tests and PoCs for new MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf and other dedicated tools for macOS and Linux), comparing capabilities, and recommending target solutions. Automation of administrative tasks using PowerShell (and optionally Python/Ansible) – bulk operations, reports, integrations, configuration cleanup. First-line (L1) support in the endpoint management area (Intune/Jamf/MDM, enrollment, policies, updates, configuration issues). Preparation and updating of technical documentation, operational procedures (runbooks), and materials for other administrators. Participation in security and compliance audits – preparation of reports, summaries, and information regarding the state of the endpoint ecosystem. Benefits: Access to advanced technologies.
