Endpoint Engineering Specialist

About the Role (your why) Our Endpoint Engineering team is responsible for creating and maintaining robust desktop Standard Operating Environments (SOE) for our customers, enabling remote support and ensuring standardisation across diverse IT landscapes. As an Endpoint Engineering Specialist, you'll work closely with our technical teams to design, build, test and deploy SOEs that meet the needs of our customers. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and consistency of our SOEs, which are used by thousands of users across multiple organisations. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, test and deploy robust desktop SOEs for our customers • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure SOEs meet customer needs • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies and best practices in endpoint engineering • Provide expert-level support to customers on SOE-related issues • Work closely with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology advancements and apply this knowledge to improve our SOEs.
