About the Role (your why) The Endpoint Engineering team assists companies by supporting their environments day to day and recommending best practices to follow and implement. The team designs, builds, supports, and continuously improves end user solutions end to end, enabling our customers to transform their business through technology. Key Responsibilities: • Provide operational leadership for the Endpoint Engineering team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. • Collaborate with other teams within Datacom to ensure seamless integration and alignment of endpoint engineering services. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve endpoint engineering services.
