Endpoint Engineer

(Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 2 day per week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Engineering to design, implement, manage, and optimize enterprise endpoint management solutions across the organization. This role involves diagnosing and resolving complex incidents escalated from L1 support teams, supporting enterprise workplace technologies, and collaborating with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver reliable IT services. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, application packaging and deployment, endpoint automation, and modern device management.

This role will be responsible for driving endpoint transformation initiatives, implementing best practices, improving endpoint security and compliance, and delivering automated solutions that enhance the end-user digital experience. The candidate will collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, application, and service delivery teams to support a modern workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Incident & Service Request Management

• Providing L3 Support on Endpoint/ Workspace technology scope.
• Manage, deploy of VMWare VDI provision request
• Provide deep expertise on troubleshooting Windows and Mac device related issues
• Lead endpoint modernization and workplace transformation initiatives.

Application Packaging & Deployment through Intune

• Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications using industry-standard packaging methodologies.
• Create and maintain MSI, MSIX, EXE, App-V, and IntuneWin packages.
• Perform application compatibility assessments and remediation activities.
• Develop deployment strategies and rollout plans for enterprise-wide software releases.
• Maintain application deployment standards and documentation.

Automation & Scripting

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell.
• Automate endpoint provisioning, software deployment, compliance checks, and operational activities.
• Build scripts for reporting, monitoring, configuration management, and remediation tasks.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation.

JAMF/ IRU Administration

• Administer and support IRU/JAMF Pro environments for macOS device management.
• Manage macOS enrollment, compliance, configuration profiles, and software deployments.
• Implement security baselines and device management policies for Apple devices.
• Troubleshoot macOS endpoint and application deployment issues.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to maintain compliance standards.

Technical Skills

• Min. 5+ years of experience
• Strong experience supporting Windows 11 and iOS environments, hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Group Policies, Microsoft Intune
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender.
• Familiarity with ITIL fundamentals
