Endpoint Engineer (Apple / JAMF Focused)

The Endpoint Engineer (Apple / JAMF Focused) is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of Apple end‑user computing devices across enterprise and multiclient environments. This role designs, deploys, and maintains modern endpoint solutions primarily for macOS, iOS, and iPadOS using JAMF Pro and the Apple management ecosystem, while integrating with identity, security, and compliance platforms. The Endpoint Engineer leads Apple device lifecycle management, patch management, and endpoint security, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. This role collaborates with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to develop and implement endpoint management strategies, leveraging JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, and other tools to manage and secure Apple devices. The Endpoint Engineer also provides technical guidance and support to IT teams, and participates in the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles. This role requires strong understanding of Apple technologies, JAMF Pro, and endpoint management best practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The Endpoint Engineer must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience with Apple device management, JAMF Pro, and endpoint security, as well as a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and standards. The Endpoint Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of Apple endpoint solutions, and will be expected to continuously improve and refine endpoint management processes and procedures.
