Endpoint Collaboration Engineer | REMOTE

• University degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in modern workplace engineering or endpoint management
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Workspot VDI (client provisioning, maintenance, performance monitoring)
• Microsoft 365: Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD, Copilot, Teams
• Google Workspace & Google Agent Space
• Strong understanding of client OS management, device security, and enterprise identity
• Experience with service delivery and support structures (ITIL framework preferred)
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

• Experience with service costing and IT financial management
• Familiarity with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Google Apps Script)
• Strong vendor management and outsourcing experience
• Ability to work in a distributed and multicultural environment with cross-functional teams
