Factory Manager - Eastern Vallès Area

From TalentBrand, recruitment and talent acquisition consultant, we are looking for a Factory Manager for our client, a leading company in the production of intermediate materials for various sectors of the chemical industry, located in the Eastern Vallès area. The selected person will lead a team of 15-20 people distributed over 4 shifts and report directly to the Plant Manager. Main tasks: It will be responsible for supervising production on-site during its shift, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining good relationships with employees. Other responsibilities include: - Monitoring and controlling production processes; - Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order; - Identifying and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment; - Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the factory; - Participating in continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or related field; - At least 3 years of experience as a Factory Manager or similar role; - Proven track record of improving production processes and reducing costs; - Excellent communication and leadership skills; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
