Requirements

• Education: High School diploma (Desirable: pursuing Higher Education in Logistics or related fields).

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in logistics operations.
• Tech Knowledge: Mastery of control tools (WMS, TMS, Looker, Grafana, Kibana) and methodology 5S.
• Behavioral Profile: Proactivity, focus on processes, conflict management skills, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Mission: Lead processes and people at the agency, ensuring operational excellence and a healthy organizational climate. Act as a facilitator of Loggi culture, promoting team engagement and quality in serving our delivery network.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Logistics operation at the Base;
• Lead the operational flow of package receipt, routing, and dispatch, ensuring deadlines and security;
• Act on relationships with the delivery network, promoting clear communication, route optimization, cost reduction, and engagement increase;
• Monitor operational indicators and quality through tools like Looker, WMS, Kibana, and Grafana;
• Identify deviations, analyze causes, and build action plans in conjunction with management;
• Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and support the dissemination of best practices operations;
• Update dashboards and quality indicators, ensuring rapid and effective corrections;
• Audit internal audits, checklists, and non-conformity treatments;
• Manage inventory of supplies, materials, and operational equipment;
• Support personnel management, including work control, absenteeism, training, and workplace safety practices.
