Job description
Perform team management of production operators for all activities related to fermentation processes, mother dough production, and packaging at Lesaffre's factory in Brazil. Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of your work areas, ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices, as well as define the team's performance. Monitor the operation of equipment within your area of responsibility in accordance with quality and safety rules established by Lesaffre. Ensure the application of planned production scheduling, achieving adequate production volumes and microbiological and physical-chemical product quality. Ensure a safe environment for the team and that safety procedures are followed.
