Requirements

  • Technical school completion in Automation Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related areas;
  • Certifications NR 10 and NR 35 are mandatory;
  • Prior experience in maintaining automated systems and industrial equipment;
  • Knowledge of CLPs, sensors, frequency inverters, IHMs, and industrial networks.
  • Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS);
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Package;
  • Good communication, leadership, and decision-making skills;
  • A proactive, organized, and resilient profile, with ease in dynamic environments.

This person is responsible for leading the maintenance activities of automated systems at our Logistics Centers, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of equipment. They act strategically and operationally, leading the shift team, monitoring maintenance indicators, and ensuring compliance with preventive, predictive, and corrective plans, always focusing on safety, quality, and operational continuity.

This person is also responsible for supporting technical operations, ensuring correct use of automation systems, and recording activities in the maintenance software, contributing to continuous process improvement and operational results.

Responsabilidades:
  • Plan and distribute team maintenance activities;
  • Maintain equipment and automated system performance at Logistics Centers;
  • Ensure execution and compliance with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans;
  • Act in diagnosing and solving failures;
  • Support technical operations;
  • Maintain and analyze maintenance indicators (MTTR, MTBF, availability, backlog);
  • Ensure correct registration of service orders and interventions in the maintenance software;
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures.
