Requirements

• Cursando Superior em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas;

• Basics knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word and Excel);

• Experience with people management. Good interpersonal relationships;
• Desejável passagem em empresas do segmento de logística, logística para e-commerce ou Varejo;
• Availability to work in shifts, scale 6x1;
• Availability to act 100% presential in Cajamar/SP;
• Availability for the hour Seg a Sab from 13:40h to 22:00h.

Responsabilidades:

• To be responsible for managing the team of logistics assistants;
• To ensure that assistants follow the established standard process;
• To ensure the productivity and SLA agreed upon;
• To ensure assistant participation in institutional training and research;
• To ensure the organization of the work environment;
• To accompany Process Indicators, productivity, losses, rejections, absenteeism, and turnover.
