- Responsible for executing and monitoring actions of the Quality Guarantee Plan (PGQ) directly in the field, leading the inspection team to ensure that services are in compliance with technical criteria established by the concession contract and current regulations. This professional should coordinate quality inspections during the execution of road maintenance, drainage, signage, and other interventions performed on concession roads.
Respect company values for health, safety, and the environment; - Supervise and coordinate the field inspection team and laboratory technicians, ensuring efficient execution of activities;
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures for materials used in construction projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and regulatory norms;
- Supervise the execution of on-site tests, such as soil testing, asphalt, concrete, and other materials used in road infrastructure;
- Be responsible for executive monitoring, quantitative and qualitative control of works, technological field control, calibration of the plant, and release of pavement stages;
- Participate in inspections of asphalt paving services, asphalt pavement recycling, rejuvenation of asphalt pavement with micro-reveting, respecting norms, procedures, and service specifications;
- Work together with engineers and other professionals to ensure that materials and methods used in construction projects are in accordance with the project;
- Perform activities in consonance with CCR Group's Golden Rules, aiming to prevent unsafe behaviors and contribute to comprehensive work routine monitoring;
- Contribute to correct waste management at your workplace, according to knowledge of aspects and environmental impacts related to your activity and established by the unit;
- Comply with internal regulations, norms, and procedures of QSSMA, as well as compliance requirements, observations, and fulfillment of relevant company regulations, developing other activities inherent to this role;
- Comply with and enforce company rules and procedures regarding your activity, service quality, environmental care, road safety, health, and workplace safety, including emergencies.
