Harvester Supervisor

Job description:

1. Perform the monitoring of harvesting activities, from fruit removal from trees to loading, with the purpose of supplying the factory with necessary raw materials and ensuring a high-quality work process, avoiding excess fruits on trees (farol) and bags without carrying (fruits on the ground);
2. Perform daily activity monitoring. Responsible for reading optical cards of employees at the beginning and end of their working shift, in order to ensure access only to qualified collaborators who can obtain the attendance record;
3. Monitor absences together with team leaders, through point card control, in order to prevent absences and take disciplinary measures when necessary.
4. Monitor productivity for each team and individually for harvesters;
5. Monitor crop forecasting and farm estimation tests;
6. Perform daily production and quality monitoring using reports and on-site inspections, with the intention of delivering the process with the best possible quality, and maintaining attendance records in accordance;
7. Conduct a daily conference with team leaders, regarding the setup of living areas and sanitation of sanitary facilities, aiming to collaborate in compliance with internal company norms and applicable legislation;
8. Assist team leaders in monitoring and correct use of EPI's, warning when necessary;
9. Perform DDS with subordinates, seeking to guide them on safety and quality standards;
