The challenge

In 011h we are looking for a Site Supervisor to coordinate and supervise daily operations in the production area, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and economic efficiency. We're looking for someone who can lead the work team, drive correct process execution, and design solutions that optimize resources and improve productivity.

What we're looking for

• Coordination of residential construction works with the site manager in: concrete structure, wood installation, bath pods, paletería, carpentry, installations, painting, and others.

• Coordination of contracted personnel (crane operators, officials, maintenance...) and subcontracts.

• Preventive resource management for the site.

• Supervision of authorized personal access.

• Supervision of compliance with the safety and health plan.

• Coordination and tracking of necessary materials for correct site functioning.

• Realization of replanting.

Requirements

What we need from you:

• At least 5 years of experience in construction.

• Communication and teamwork skills.

• Commitment to safety and health regulations, order, and cleanliness.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for extended periods)

• Knowledge in Lean methodology (valuable).

• Knowledge of wood construction or prefabrication.
