Project Management Officer Supervisor or Accounting and Finance Manager

How is the day-to-day of the position? As Project Management Officer (PMO) Supervisor(a) or Accounting and Finance Manager, you will supervise a team focused on executing key tasks within projects for multinational clients, especially in the area of statutory compliance, reporting directly to your manager and project leader. You will apply your experience to identify risks and keep them visible, avoiding negative impacts on the project's success. You will participate in the development of project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining project management tools and templates. • Coordinating with team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the project's success. • Providing guidance and support to team members as needed. • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet their needs. • Participating in project meetings and providing updates on progress. • Maintaining accurate records of project activities, milestones, and deliverables. • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. • Providing training and support to team members as needed. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of projects. • Participating in the development of project budgets and resource allocation plans. • Identifying and addressing potential issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of project progress and status. • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. You will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting, and at least 3 years of experience in project management or a related field. You must be fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Certification in project management (PMP) is an asset.
