Floor Manager - Restaurant

We seek a Captain of Waiters with experience in high-end restaurants, capable of inspiring their team and ensuring an exceptional experience for each customer.

(Availability to relocate between both locations)

To be the hospitality representative in the restaurant, leading the wait staff team to offer impeccable service, clear and efficient, caring for every detail and ensuring that each visit is a memorable experience.

• Educational background: Certification or technical career in Hospitality, Gastronomy or equivalent experience.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as Captain of Waiters or similar position, preferably in fine dining restaurants, international cuisine or seafood restaurants.

• Availability: Rotating hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Presentation: Professional image, cordial treatment and leadership attitude.

• Mastery of fine dining service standards, setup, etiquette and protocol.

• Effective leadership and team motivation.

• Ability to resolve incidents and coordinate operations under pressure.

• Knowledge of hygiene, safety and food sanitation standards.

• Certification in food safety or hygienic food handling (desirable).

• Inspiring leadership and ability to form high-performing teams.

• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

• Empathy, effective communication and positive attitude.

• Organization, decision-making and goal-oriented approach.

• Basic salary: $10,500.00 to $16,000.00 per month net
