Store Manager

Job Description As a Store Manager at Epokka joyería, you will be responsible for the daily management of the store, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for every customer. You will organize the team, distribute tasks, control inventory and the correct display of jewelry pieces. You will attend to customers, resolve queries, manage payments and returns, and ensure compliance with company procedures. You will also ensure loss prevention and product security at the point of sale. This is a full-time, in-person position, located in Guadalajara, JAL.

Employment from Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm) (Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm)

In-person work in downtown Guadalajara

Salary $3,500 net per week + punctuality and attendance bonus.

Requirements

• Customer satisfaction and customer service oriented skills, with the ability to create a positive and approachable shopping experience.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both for dealing with customers and for coordinating the store team.
• Store management and point-of-sale organization skills, including inventory control, cash register, visual merchandising, inventories, and labeling.
• Retail loss prevention skills, with attention to detail and compliance with security protocols.
• Previous experience in retail, preferably in jewelry or fashion, ability to work in a team, initiative, and results-oriented.
