Objective Coordinate the operation of processes within the store, maintaining the proper functioning of the distribution, warehousing, acquisition, and sale of business merchandise, as well as the prevention of shrinkage and theft of inventory. Verify that branch personnel know their functions and established policies for their performance. 10. Coordinate the assistant branch manager to achieve monthly sales objectives. 11. Follow up on the movement of merchandise between branch warehouses - Transfers, entries, and exits of merchandise. 12. Verify that branches have up-to-date prices. 13. Conduct follow-up and control of store stock. 14. Organize the most suitable physical distribution of products for the store. 15. Review the correct display of products on shelves. 16. Inventory control and follow-up on its results. 17. Corroborate the application of daily cycle counts. 18. Petty cash control, review of branch expenses, and execution of cash reconciliations. 19. Review of daily branch cutoffs - Cash vs. Sales. 20. Verification of cleanliness in branch work areas - Aisles, Shelving, Cashier, etc. 21. Preparation of reports on damaged merchandise or generation of shrinkage by employees or from suppliers. 22. Etc.
