Car Wash Operations Manager

Objective of the position
To guarantee the correct daily operation of the car wash, leading the work team, ensuring high standards of customer service, optimizing resources, and maintaining a productive work environment that favors profitability and business growth.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory, head, or operations management positions.
Experience in service companies with operational staff in charge: car washes, gas stations, gas stations, or similar fields.
Demonstrable experience in staff management.
Knowledge in recruitment, selection, and administration of work teams.
Ability for conflict resolution and decision-making.
Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments.
Orientation towards service and customer care.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Leadership, discipline, and results-oriented.
Availability to attend operational situations when necessary.
Functions
Plan, direct, and supervise the integral operation of the car wash.
Coordinate and administer operational and administrative personnel.
Supervise compliance with quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Manage staff recruitment, induction, training, and development.
Implement strategies to reduce staff turnover and strengthen the work environment.
Supervise the team's attendance, punctuality, performance, and productivity.
Resolve internal conflicts and address operational situations promptly and effectively.
Ensure an exceptional service experience for customers.
Attend and follow up on customer complaints, suggestions, and special situations.
Identify areas of opportunity and implement continuous improvement actions.
Control the adequate use of company materials, supplies, and resources.
Prepare operational reports and track performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures established by the company.
Maintain constant and effective communication with collaborators, clients, and management.
