Resort 5* Accommodation Manager - Punta Cana - (Madrid)

We are looking for a SITE MANAGER to provide support in CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS in Punta Cana during the year 2026. He/She will participate more ahead than behind, being responsible for the correct execution of the construction project, ensuring that it is carried out within the established deadlines and budget. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a resort or luxury hotel, with knowledge of construction projects and their management. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the construction team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project. He/She must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. The Site Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with the company's safety policies and regulations. The selected candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering or related field, and at least 3 years of experience in construction project management. He/She must be fluent in Spanish and English, as well as having knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
