Strawberry Cultivation Manager

This position leads and supervises the work team to ensure a strawberry plantation, management, and cultivation of organic strawberries under certified and high-quality agricultural practices. Additionally, it coordinates the harvesting and packaging processes of the fruit, ensuring compliance with company-established standards, organic production regulations, and customer requirements. It will also be responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets defined by the organization.
