We are a Mexican food commercializer company in expansion, distributing refrigerated, frozen, and dry products. We seek an experienced professional in logistics operation management for the CEDIS to ensure operational efficiency, quality standards compliance, and timely product availability nationwide.

Job Objective:
Supervise and optimize the operations of the Distribution Center, ensuring proper reception, storage, and dispatch of food products at different temperatures (dry, refrigerated, and frozen), complying with sanitary, quality, safety, and logistics efficiency standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the CEDIS: reception, storage, dispatch, and loading of dry, refrigerated, and frozen products.

• Control and optimize warehouse space usage, ensuring suitable temperature and inventory rotation conditions (PEPS).

• Implement and track cyclic and physical inventories, ensuring accuracy and control.

• Ensure compliance with good storage practices (BPA), transportation (BPT) and documentation (BPD), as well as applicable NOMs (059, 072, 241 SSA).

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales areas to ensure product availability and delivery time compliance.

• Lead the warehouse operational team (warehousing staff, forklift operators, coordinators) to ensure goal achievement and operational discipline.
• Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPI): OTIF, Inbound, Outbound, Fill Rate, IRA, productivity, losses, and route compliance.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment (refrigeration, forklifts, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and civil protection regulations policies.

• Manage internal and external audits (including COFEPRIS, clients, and ISO or TIF certifiers).

• Participate in continuous process improvement of operational and administrative processes at the CEDIS.

Required Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related field.
• Mnimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or CEDIS within the food, mass consumption, or logistics sector.

• Proven experience in managing products with cold chain (2C to 8C) and frozen (-15C to -25C).

• Dominion over inventory processes, traceability, and last-mile logistics.

• Knowledge and application of sanitary NOMs, BPA, BPD, and BPT.

• Advanced Excel management and WMS systems.

• Habits of leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
