Purchasing Manager

Purchasing Manager Gender: Indistinct Age: 30 to 45 years old Education: Completed or advanced unfinished Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Administration. Intermediate language proficiency. Required Experience: 3.5 years in construction purchasing, negotiation, reading basic plans, Neodata ERP, advanced Excel, basic legal framework, contracts, IMSS REPSE. Responsibilities: * Supply program management per project derived from the construction schedule. * Sourcing and negotiation of 3 quotes, technical-economic evaluation, supplier development. * Subcontract management: verification of contract and legal-fiscal file, IMSS REPSE when applicable. * Execution in Neodata ERP: requisitions, POs, receipts, status and traceability. * Tracking of deliveries (OTIF) and quality (NC conformities). * Payment management: coordination with Accounting/Finance to meet agreed-upon conditions.
