Monterrey, Nuevo Len

You are passionate about creating, structuring and leading areas of Human Resources with real impact on the business?
We are looking for a HR Manager with strategic vision and operational focus, able to build the department from scratch, strengthen organizational culture and professionalize talent management in a growing company.

Objective of the Position

Led the creation, structuring and consolidation of the Department of Human Resources, Administration and Human Capital Development, aligning HR processes with business strategy and ensuring efficient and standardized operation in all branches.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the Department of Human Resources from scratch.

  • Manage recruitment, selection, induction and retention processes for talent.

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and administrative controls of HR.

  • Supervise and execute processes of premiation, incidents and attendance control.

  • Operate and administer the system NomiPAQ.

  • Coordinate performance evaluations, development plans and training programs.

  • Ensure compliance with current labor legislation.

  • Provide strategic and operational support to leaders and middle managers.

  • Makes periodic visits to branches for follow-up, audit and accompaniment.

  • Serves as a strategic partner of the Direction in human capital matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psiology, Administration, Human Resources or related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as HR Manager or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in training and structuring HR areas.

  • Solid knowledge in prenmia and personnel administration.

  • NomiPAQ management skills (indispensable).

  • Operational and strategic profile.

  • Availability for travel (indispensable).

  • Leadership, organization and effective communication skills.

Travel Schedule

  • Oaxaca: 1 monthly visit

  • Sucursal Monterrey: 2 weekly visits
